Halifax Consulting was established in Belgrade in 2001 by international and local experts with the aim of contributing actively to the development process in the Balkan region in general and in Serbia in particular.

The company’s essential concept is one of bridging differences: between domestic and foreign, between public and private. We believe that the right combination of local and international knowledge and skills is the key to the best results.
